Product Overview
Our potting compound series is developed specifically for the protection of electronic and electrical equipment, offering a full range of solutions from rigid to flexible types. After curing, the products form a dense protective layer to effectively resist mechanical stress, environmental erosion and thermal shock.
Core Features
Stress Buffering: The elastomer formulation absorbs vibration and thermal expansion & contraction stress generated during equipment operation to protect sensitive components.
Environmental Protection: It forms a fully sealed protective layer to block the intrusion of moisture, salt spray, dust and chemical gases.
Thermal Conductivity Options: Two types of products are available, standard and thermally conductive grades. The thermally conductive series efficiently dissipates heat generated by components and improves equipment reliability.
Process Adaptability: It covers a wide viscosity range, compatible with various production processes including manual coating, pressure potting and automatic dispensing.
